Paula Mendoza is a writer and teacher. She was born in the Philippines, immigrated to Canada, and currently lives in Utah. She earned her MFA at the University of Michigan, and her PhD at the University of Utah. Her first book, Play for Time, was published by Gaudy Boy in May of 2020.
